This page explains what personal data we collect on uk.mesper.co, what we do with it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

Mesper SH.P.K., a company registered in Kamenice, Republic of Kosovo, runs uk.mesper.co. We decide what happens with the personal data described on this page, so under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) we are the controller. You can reach us at hello@mesper.co.

What we collect

The site has no user accounts, no payments and no newsletter sign-up. The only personal data we ask for comes through the contact form: your name, mobile number, email address, postcode area and monthly ad spend range.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your form details to reply to your enquiry and, if you want one, to arrange a free 15-minute intro call. We reply within one working day. We do not add you to any marketing list.

Under UK GDPR, replying to your enquiry counts as taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We also have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries sent to us.

Cookies

Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, for example Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement, a consent banner asks you first. If you decline, the site still works.

Who we share it with

Webflow hosts the site and stores form submissions for us, so your enquiry sits on Webflow's systems and we read it there. Webflow processes this data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their marketing.

International transfers

Mesper is based in Kosovo and Webflow hosts the site, so your enquiry can be stored and read outside the UK. Email hello@mesper.co if you want details of the safeguards we use for these transfers.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not turn into work together, we delete your details no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do start working together, we keep the details we need for that relationship.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to:

• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to limit what we do with it
• object to how we use it
• receive it in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, for example for cookies

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, tell us and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
